It’s a GREAT day to be a Wildcat! We are incredibly proud of our MHS football team. Competing in the 2A State Championship against a neighboring school is an experience of a lifetime for our student-athletes, school, and community. As fans, we have a huge impact on the atmosphere. Positive energy is contagious and sets the tone for a fantastic game.
Let’s pack the stands to support our Wildcats from all sections of the field. Cheer along with the cheerleaders and stand up and clap during the fight song. Be loud and proud!

This week, the Morenci Governing Board had the opportunity to visit classrooms to see MUSD's investment in students' lives. From our littlest Wildcats learning to crawl to MHS students completing College Trigonometry, we saw fantastic learning opportunities in each classroom. At the board meeting last night Mr. Goodman recognized the Science Students of the Month for October. Congratulations to Roselyn Dorrell (Ms. Cortez), Breck Williams (Ms. Aguilera) and Tristan Yanez (Ms. Calapini)
Ms. Robles asked her 8th Grade math students to create their own carnival games and find the theoretical compound probability of getting through different levels. Today, Carnival Game Day, they had the opportunity to try out their games and record the experimental probability to compare to the theoretical probability. They gave away prizes if students won. It was an amazing day and students had so much fun seeing how math applies to the real world! To quote Ms. Robles, "Today I had the best day ever as a teacher!" Awesome job, 8th-graders, and thank you, Ms. Robles, for all you do for your students at FMS!
